Was in the market for a new place and just happen to pop in the leasing office where I was met by Mr. Alfonso. I felt compelled to leave a review as l've been in the market and visited a few places downtown Fort Lauderdale which wasn't such pleasant experience. The welcome I received at the Rise Plantation walk and the service was second to none, Mr. Alfonso was very knowledgeable about all the property had to offer and based on my needs he took me to the perfect unit for us. Seamless process with Gilberto! Professionalism at the highest level.
